Ascot Resources Limited (ASX: AZQ) (“Ascot” or the “Company”) refers to its ASX announcement of 30 October 2013 regarding a placement of new fully paid ordinary securities in the Company to sophisticated and professional investors. Attached is an Appendix 3B in respect of 6,272,670 fully paid ordinary shares which were allotted following settlement of the placement earlier today, raising a total of $282,270 (before costs).
